Organizational Scale (OScale)

Organizational scale is a classification used in performance assessment. There are 12 organizational scales (OScales) distributed three clusters: Macro, Meso and Micro scales. OScales include the Global Market (the largest OScale) through to smaller markets (e.g. countries), industries, sectors, disciplines, specialities, Project Teams, organizations, organizational units, organizational groups, and organizational members (individuals - the smallest scale)
